• Professional business man looking for a Mercedes.  Application had been declined by three finance companies, we got the deal done and the customer is now driving his new car.
• Self employed customer, just gone through a diffcult divorce, needing a new van.  We gathered bank statements and a full fact find to present to the finance company – customer is now driving his new van.
• Customer with a good job, owns his own home but credit crunch has caused a few problems over the past couple of years.  Had been declined but we spoke to the underwriters to present more information on customers circumstances and the customer is now driving his new Citreon.
